Christmas Eve

We got home late Christmas Eve. It was all I could do to keep Olivia awake long enough to open her one present. She kept telling me she was sleepy, but really wanted to open a present. So she went in, and laid on the floor by the presents.
Two excited girls!
We usually give them a pair of Christmas jammies, some underwear, and a movie. Olivia got a Cars 2 Movie. She is obsessed with Cars right now.
Isabel has been wanting Lion King for MONTHS!! She was very excited. She got to see Lion King in 3D for her birthday and loved it.
Gabi had fun opening her present with Daddy. She pulled on the paper and on the bow. She never misses a thing. She watches everything.
I just love this squishy little baby!!
Trevor helped them write letters for Santa. This is Isabel's letter.
Olivia has been having a rough time lately. When she told Trevor she had been good this year, he said "Really? You've been good all year?" And she said "Okay week." So they had to change it.
All three girls in their Christmas Jammies. You can tell Olivia is on the verge of falling asleep.
Night night cuties... I love my girls!

Gingerbread House

Trevor is such a good Daddy. He got out a gingerbread house we've had floating around for awhile, made new icing, and helped the girls decorate a gingerbread house. It came with some fondant, which was just like play dough so they had fun making things with that while Trev mixed up the icing. They helped Dad put up all the walls with his homemade icing.
Livi loved the fondant and kept sticking it on a gingerbread man, taking it off, then sticking it back on him. Over and over.
The finished gingerbread house. Notice the white on her cheeks, I'm pretty sure she ate as much icing as she put on the house.
Pretty Fabulous!

Isabel's Christmas Dance Recital

This beautiful girl had her Christmas dance recital. She did such a good job. She loves dance and I am so proud of her!

This is her best friend Kynzie. We try to stay at the same dance studio every year!! I hope we'll always be able to make that happen!

Two beautiful girls!

Their dance was to "I'm getting nothing for Christmas." This is their end pose being BAD!

Gabi Eats Cereal

I'm telling ya, this baby is growing up too fast!! She tried rice cereal for the first time. She loved it the first time, but now she won't eat it. So we're going to give her another month before we try again.

Trying to decide how she feels about it.
Opening her mouth for another bite!
Isabel was really excited and helping me the whole time!! (she's into silly faces :) )
All the girls on this special occasion HAHAH!!
I'm okay with her not eating cereal yet, she can stay a baby a while longer.

Rolling Gabi

On December 7 Gabi rolled over for her first time. I had set her down on the ground and ran to grab a diaper and when I came back she was mid roll over then flopped right to her tummy!! Such a big girl! Why do babies have to grow up so fast!? :(

You can see Izzy in the background "rolling over" to be in the pictures, cracks me up haha!

Mickey's Christmas Carol

Mickey's Christmas Carol has ALWAYS been my absolute favorite Christmas movie. I ALWAYS loved it when I was little. As soon as Izzy turned one I had to find it for her to watch. Now every Christmas I get it out for us to watch during the month of December. This year the girls are a little afraid of ghosts, so they are kind of afraid of it. Hopefully they'll grow out of that and will love it like I do.

Here is Gabi and Liv watching it one night while Isabel was gone with Daddy. Gabi felt pretty cool to be a big girl sitting in the chair. She probably lasted about 20 minutes then she fell asleep.

Disney on Ice

We took the girls to Disney on Ice for the first time this year. They loved it!! Livi was all into it. She sang along, screamed, talked to the characters, it was awesome!! Isabel was a little more reserved. She didn't like the scary parts but she loved the Princesses, especially Rapunzel. Too bad the Tangled part was pretty short. We will definitely do it again next year!
